Job Opening for Research Assistant

We have an immediate job opening for research assistant for our evaluation project on the MARCY (Most at risk children and youth) Youth Club program in the Philippines. Study sites are in Davao City and Quezon City. Dr. Noel R. Juban (chair. Department of Clinical Epidemiology) is principal investigator and I am a consultant of the project.
 
We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills, can conduct face-to-face interviews, can write reports, is computer literate, and has a keen eye for detail.  Salary is 12-15,000 thousand monthly depending on the qualifications. 
 
Title of Research:
An Evaluation of the MARCY Youth Club program in the Philippines
 
Objective of Research:
This research on HIV prevention interventions for MARCY aims to determine whether the new programming approach (MARCY Youth Clubs) is feasible and effective in increasing safe practices for MARCY. The study will investigate the effectiveness and feasibility of the MARCY Youth Clubs using two components, namely:
 
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct of pre-testing of data collection tools
  • Data collection (conduct of interviews and focus group discussions, administration of survey)
  • Encoding of data collected
  • Submission of monthly progress report for each site
